This post is for an EYFS Classrom Teacher at MPS3. This is a full-time, fixed term post for an initial period of 12 months.
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and positive Early Years Teacher who will join our dedicated and passionate team.
At Montgomery we strive to provide the best possible opportunities and outcomes for the children in our community. Our hard-working dedicated staff work together to achieve excellence in teaching and learning. Our staff make it their job to meet the needs of all the children as best they can by getting to know our children and their families as individuals. At Montgomery we believe in “Taking Care of the Future.” Our curriculum has a strand of sustainability woven throughout. We have a rich and balanced knowledge-based curriculum that is enriched with inspiring visitors, trips, and experiences. We encourage all our children to challenge themselves to work collaboratively and independently to the best of their ability. We promote them taking responsibility to deepen their knowledge and develop their skills using their strengths and interest. As well as academic success and good progress, we want our children to be happy, safe and enjoy coming to school. We want them to develop into well rounded individuals who can succeed and make a positive difference. We truly believe our @Monty Values of passion, determination, honest, respect. Teamwork and self-belief ensure our children develop the skills and characteristics to do this.
The school is lucky to be based in a zero-carbon, Passivhaus building built in 2010. The design of the building ensures we have large classrooms with wide corridors which provide fantastic breakout spaces for small groups and one-to-one work as well as substantial grounds with a field, tennis court, playground, and adventure trail.
